Happy Eid Adha 1433 H

Selamat Hari Raya Idul Adha, semoga kita bisa mengambil teladan dari kisah keluarga Nabi Ibrahim AS tentang pengorbanan, Aamiin.

Eid-ul-Adha celebrates the occasion when Allah appeared to Ibrahim in a dream and asked him to sacrifice his son Ismail as an act of obedience to Allah.  Idul Adha is a public holiday in Muslim countries including Indonesia.

Bubbling

Saturday and Sunday are days-off. Ayo bikin sesuatu untuk bang Danish. Yap!!!... bikin dan main gelembung :))

Bermain Gelembung with Kiddo

Blowing bubbles is just plain fun for our kids. The best thing about bubbles is that you don't have to buy a solution to make them. It's easy to make your own mixture and you can make as much as you want, so your kids can blow as many bubbles as they like...!!!

Berikut ini beberapa step by step how to make it, check it out !!!

Step 1

Assemble soap, bowl, water, spoon and sugar to make the bubbles bigger and optional thickening ingredients.

Siapkan mangkuk, sabun cuci piring ato sabun mandi bayi kita, sendok, dan gula pasir  ato bahan pengental lainnya.

Step 2

Pour dish washing liquid or baby shampoo into a bowl or cup and add water. The necessary ratio will vary depending on your choice of soaps, type of water you use, and even the atmospheric conditions where you live. Use trial and error to see which formulation works best for you. Some sample formulations are listed below.

Campurkan sabun dan air ke dalam mangkuk, dan aduk rata.  Perbandingan bahan sangat tergantung dengan jenis sabun yang kita pakai, bahkan cuaca tempat tinggal kita bisa mempengaruhi hasil “gelembung”.

Step 3

Add an optional thickener such as glycerin, sugar, or corn syrup. Be careful though, as adding too much will make the suds too heavy for bubble formation.

Tambahkan gula, atau bahan pengental lain, perhatikan jangan menambahkannya terlalu banyak krn akan mempengaruhi formasi gelembung yang akan di hasilkan.

Step 4

Stir the solution gently until contents completely mix.

Aduk campuran tersebut dengan perlahan.

Step 5

Take your bubble mix outside and blow as many bubbles as you'd like

Ambil gelembungmu dan mulai meniup bersama si kecil.

Akhirnya selesai juga membuat video lirik untuk lagunya Haddad Alwi dan Sulis versi lina...yukkk!!!.
Beberapa tahun yang lalu, lagu ini sempat bikin aku mewek wek wek...., why? bcoz this song was so so heart tauching you know? menyentuh banget. Walaupun aku tidak tahu artinya tapi aku yakin lagu ini pasti penuh pujian buat "mama". Dan...yeah...I was right!!!

Aku bersyukur banget (say alhamdulillah) sabtu kemarin, pas ultahnya mama, aku posting lirik lagu ini di facebook, dan dan dan apa yang terjadi? banyak yang suka, nah saat itu aku jadi kepikir menterjemahkan lirik ini dalam bahas Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris biar teman-temanku di luar sana bisa paham (baik banget ya aku...hehehee)

Mom's Birthday

Today is my dear mom’s birthday

Actually i forgot to wish her in the early morning, after bhai Salman remind  me then I said, “oh my Allah... I should give her a cake...yes “Rainbow Cake”

And because it’s my blog, I’m going to tell you the things I appreciate about her. 

I’m so thankful to Allah SWT  that I got to spend my childhood at home.  Of course a lot of my time was spent there, and I consider  that to be a happy thing.  I liked being at home with my family , yeah.. home is a good place to me (orang rumahan banget gue...hehehee)

This is some facts about my mom: She stayed home with my son and me, She taught me to work hard, She taught me to do things well, She helped me to be efficient and organized, and she will angry if I late to perform my shalat....peace mom!!!!

And also not only me and my sibling knowed that today is her birthday, but someone out there...yes, her son also said:

“Happy birthday my Mom, May allah MOM you come to Umrah or Hajj and i meet you there amin ''
